PURCHASE OF DEBTS

Having completed his studies at the secondary high school in Piešťany, he graduated at the Faculty of Economic Informatics and Accounting of the School of Economy in Bratislava. In February 2001, he joined the company PROFI CREDIT SLOVAKIA, s.r.o. as a financial analyst. He gradually became the Financial Manager, the Executive of PROFI CREDIT SLOVAKIA, s.r.o. and the Executive of the company Profidebt Slovakia,s.r.o. As of May, 2006, he has been the General Manager of PROFIDEBT and in the same time, as of 27.6.2006, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the company PROFICREDIT CZECH, a.s. Within his position, he is fully liable for coordination of activities of all companies from the Profidebt division.

He graduated the Faculty of Political sciences at the University of Trenčín. He worked in several companies, mostly as a Product Manager, until 2007. He joined the PROFIDEBT Slovakia, s.r.o., company, in the same year, where he gathered experiences at the following positions: Head of Sales Department up to Chief Executive Officer. In April 2010, he moved to the daughter company PROFI CREDIT Slovakia, s.r.o., to hold the function of Chief Ecetuvie Officer and was also appointed to the Executive of the company. In January 2011 he returned to Profidebt Slovakia, s.r.o. to hold the function of Executive Manager.

Having completed his studies at the Secondary Service School in 1979 and subsequent technical practice, he started getting experiences in the field of banking and finance (intern alia for example in the company GE Capital Leasing, a.s., position of the Collection Manager). Then he was hired by the company Profireal to the post of an employee at the department of executions. In 2005, he gained the position of the managing director of the company Profidebt, s.r.o., which is engaged in purchase and recovery of debts. He is responsible for coordination of activities of all Profidebt departments.

After he accomplished studies at grammar school in Bratislava, he graduated at Faculty of Macroeconomics, specialization Finances and banking at the University of Economy, Bratislava. In October 2004 he joined the company PROFI CREDIT Slovakia, s.r.o. as Assistant of Operation Department. In May 2005 he transferred to daughter company PROFIDEBT Slovakia, s.r.o. as a Financial Analyst. In February 2006 he became a Collection Manager. Since October 2006 he is in function of the Financial Manager of the company. He is responsible for implementation of economic indicators in the company. Since April 2010 he was appointed to function of Executive of PROFIDEBIT Slovakia, s.r.o.
