PURCHASE OF DEBTS

We purchase both individual and a smaller set of debts from you.
The company Profidebt Slovakia, s.r.o. purchases debts from banks, entrepreneurs, trading companies as well as from personal entities.

Price assessment:

The purchase price of debts is not always the same. Its amount depends particularly on debtor's credit and the type of debts. Should you wish to know the exact amount of the purchase price, contact our Sales Department on the following number: 00421 2 20 64 12 98 and offer us your debt. In order to speed up the negotiation, you shall prepare answers to the following questions:

1. On what legal documents is your debt based on (contract, debt admission, sentence, …, others)
2. Is it possible to contact the debtor at the provided address?
3. Do you have any debtor's contact - e-mail, phone?
4. Is the debtor employed, does he run a business? (Where and what does he do? Contact on the employer, …)
5. Is there any promise or expectation of payment?
6. What is the reason of the debtor's failure to pay? What does he refer to?
7. Do you know the property relations of the debtor? (Does he own a house, car? What kind? …)
8. Do you know anyone else, whom the debtor owns?
9. Other important or interesting information.
